You are an passionate Applestrudel lover?

For all DIY applestrudel fans, who want to know how it works, our Strudel baking course is the right thing: under the supervision of our confectioners you will learn how to make a traditional Viennese apple strudel with pulled strudel dough. With stories all around the apple strudel, we will show you the art of pulling the strudel dough in a comfortable round and tell you many other tips and tricks around the perfect apple strudel.

Procedure

  • A brief overview of the history of the apple strudel, during this we serve a glass of Prosecco, or a non-alcoholic drink
  • Joint production of the strudel dough and the strudel filling
  • Pulling the Strudel dough really thin and rolling the Apple strudel (We will gladly support you)
  • For refreshments in between: drinks and a small snack (sweet and piquant with alcohol-free drinks, as well as coffee, tea or hot chocolate)
  • The strudel bakes about 45 minutes, is then packaged and can be eaten immediately, or taken home with youAuszeichnung der Teilnehmer

Apple strudel baking course: 52,- € per person

All ingrediant are included, furthermore you will receive the original recipe, a small memorial gift and a diploma.
